I’m almost ashamed to tell anyone how much time and money we have invested in fastREsearch, but the good news is that you can now purchase the same software that powers HawaiiLife.com for your agent or broker website. And more importantly, it can all be yours at a fraction of our development cost.

We are offering 2 versions of the software (basic and star) in an Agent and Broker package. The fastREsearch software is available nationwide and we will have our real estate software website launched later this month.

Basic Agent ($150/mo)
Includes the same fastREsearch software that powers HawaiiLife.com. Daily property updates for one MLS (Additional MLS’s can be added for $500 setup and $50/mo). Daily property mapping.

• Agent backend > Instead of inquiries coming to an email, Inquiries are stored in a database with a backend software that allows an administrator to assign leads, review agent performance and conversion rates, take notes, etc. A demonstration of this backend software can be arranged at your request.

Included in Costs

Setup
The initial work includes:

1. Installing the encrypted software on your website.
2. Creating a database on a server that is updated daily with the Honolulu Board of Realtors MLS information.
3. Integrating the property search to work with your current site.
4. Simple design integration of the current look of your website.

Monthly
The monthly charge includes:

1. Mapping and fixing errant properties.
2. Mapping all new properties when the database is updated with new MLS info.
3. Fixing errors or bugs that arise.
4. Updating the database when changes are made on the Honolulu Board of Realtors side.
5. New upgrades as we are constantly working to improve the software that runs the search on your website.
6. Hosting – the database has thousands of properties and requires an extensive hosting plan to run all the listings with the search software. Cost of the hosting alone is $50/mo and is included in the monthly fee.

4. Development of any pages outside of the actual search (including home page, company pages, etc.)

Requirements

1. For the above pricing, a “powered by HawaiiLife” link from the bottom of your website is required.
2. The database that powers the search needs to be run on our server. You may run the database on your server, however there will be additional setup fees and your server must run PHP and MySQL and meet all requirements necessary to run fastREsearch.
